  • What are your hours?
    We are open 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. CALL 770.222.4336 NOW!
  • Do you only handle serious injury cases or do you handle all types of injury claims?
We handle all types of injury claims, big or small. Car accidents are traumatic. They can range from mere fender benders to life threatening crashes. Our desire is to give every client the impression that their case is our most important case, regardless of its size.
  • Where are you located?
Our main office is located in Atlanta but we represent individuals all over the state of Georgia and we go to the client if necessary.
  • How much does it cost to hire an attorney to handle my injury case?
Our clients will never pay my firm a dime. Once our client’s injury claim is settled, our attorney fee will be a percentage that is deducted from the recovery. If we do not recover for our client, we will not get paid.
  • What is my case worth?
It depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to liability, the amount of damage to your vehicle, and, most importantly, the severity of your injuries. Call now and we will provide you a free case evaluation.
  • What if I think I have a valid injury claim but I do not have my papers and am not here legally?

Call me. Most people may not know that an injured person’s immigration status is irrelevant and is inadmissible if your case goes to court. Don’t let your immigration status prevent you from recovering what you are entitled to. No papers does not mean no case.

  • What exactly am I entitled to recover if I am injured in an accident caused by someone else?

Georgia Law allows for recovery for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and lost time from work.

  • How am I going to pay for my medical expenses?
Do not worry that you will not be able to receive quality medical treatment simply because you may not have insurance to present to the doctor. We are familiar with several medical providers who provide exemplary medical care and will wait until your case is resolved to be paid from the proceeds of the settlement.
  • Should I speak to the insurance company after an accident?
Before you talk to an insurance company or adjuster, contact my office for a free and thorough consultation regarding your options.
  • Do I need a lawyer?
It depends on the facts of your case. Regardless of your particular circumstances, getting free advice from an attorney who specializes in personal injury law is a wise decision 100% of the time.
